I adore anything with balsamic vinegar in it, and I whipped this up for dinner the other night in a flash and it was FABULOUS!!! So easy and it never separated so I was easily able to pour it onto salads the next few nights!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced vidalia onion
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in bowl and use an immersion blender to mix.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Use immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers
