I am trying to cook in bulk here, freeze items for later, etc. I mixed up all the meat, and then divided into 2 bowls. The first bowl – I added all the ingredients for Swedish Meatballs, and the second portion was for this! These are delicious and freeze quite well!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground italian sausage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 gloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Mix the ground meats together, then add in rest of ingredients, mixing well
- Refrigerate one hour
- Preheat oven to 425
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
- Using wet hands, form meat mixture into balls (I used small cookie scoop to get like size amounts, then pressed them into compact balls)
- Place them on prepared baking sheets
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes
As always – enjoy!
