This was so easy and so yummy! YAY – an easy after dinner nibble or an accompaniment to breakfast.
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 cups peeled, sliced apples
- 1/2 cup unsalted softened butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease 8x8 pan
- Place sliced apples in pan
- Mix flour and sugar together, add in cinnamon and salt
- Cut butter in with 2 knives, until crumbly
- Pour over apples
- Bake approximately 50 minutes or until apples are soft
- Remove from oven, let cool
- Serve with ice cream or whipped topping
