Yummy yummy this was good! I *highly* recommend this recipe for any type of steak!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
- 3 Tbs dried basil
- 1 1/2 Tbs dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbs fresh horseradish sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Place soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dried basil, parsley, and white pepper in blender or small food processor. Add hot sauce, horseradish and minced garlic. Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
- Pour over steaks and cover or pour over steaks in zip lock bag. Refrigerate up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired.
