Last night I made homemade bread with dinner. I roasted a bunch of whole garlic cloves and then just threw them into the french bread dough.
Tonight, I cut the bread on a deep angle and made grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. These ain’t no “Plain Jane” sandwiches. Um, no. I made mine with vermont white cheddar and daughter’s with sharp cheddar. And we each had a small bowl of Black Bean soup to go with the sandwiches. Perfect dinner for a cold night!
