Easy corn on the cob..

When you’re in a hurry – corn seems to take forever to cook in boiling water. Plus, it’s so easy to overcook that way and you end up with nasty mushy corn..

So, I shuck mine, lay it cross wise on a piece of wax paper and put a tab of butter on it. I roll it up and twist the ends (like a piece of hard candy). Then into the microwave for about 3-4 minutes (I cook 2 at a time).
