The Amazing Cinnamon Rolls

I told you I whipped up the dough here at home, divided it into 2 freezer bags, put it in the freezer, and packed it in my suitcase, right?

I left here at 645am, got into STL as far as luggage and rental car goes, and arrived at my friends’ house around 1045. The dough was frozen. I left it out, that night, still pretty frozen-y. I kneaded it by hand to get it to defrost..

And it turned out great – as always- have never ever had these not turn out!
