This morning, I offered to make breakfast for my DD (Darling Daughter). I gave her options:
Pancakes
Waffles
Eggs, biscuits and hash browns.
She opted for pancakes.. So here is the recipe – it was easy and made fabulous Didd you know that chocolate chip pancakes!are apparently STILL the rage of kids!!! She’s 17.5!! Please note – I did not place chocolate chips on mine. I put Vermont maple syrup and butter on mine!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs baking powder
2 eggs, whisk first before adding to dry ingredients
1/4 cup melted, unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups milk
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients first.
Combine the eggs and melted butter with the milk.
Whisk the dry and wet ingredients together, mixture will be thick.
Pour onto hot griddle, cook until bubbles form, then flip. Cook til other side is browned..
Serve immediately – with chocolate chips or syrup/butter or WHATEVER you like!

As always – enjoy!
