Pepper Pepper Dip!

YUM this is fabulous!!

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3-4 jalepenos, seeded – I chopped 2 and sliced the other 2 for the top
6 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 to 3/4 cup hot pepper jelly, divided

toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or crackers

Preheat oven to 375

Combine first four ingredients and about 1/4 cup of pepper jelly in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish.

Place sliced jalepenos on top.

Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Top with remaining pepper jelly and bacon.

Serve immediately with baguette slices, crackers or tortilla chips.
