This is one of my favorite salads!
Last night I made an amazing caprese salad for my friend Kim who was in town.
I sliced tomatoes thin. I layered them with slices of mozzarella.
I poured balsamic vinegar over the top to drench them.
Then topped with fresh snipped basil from my garden
Yum it was DELICIOUS!
