Ham and Swiss Dip

Another all time fav appetizer…

8 oz. block of cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
dash of salt
3/4 cup cracker crumbs (any type cracker will do)

2 tsp butter

Beat cream cheese and mayo smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, green pepper and mustard.

Spread into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Toss the cracker crumbs on top and then put pats of butter all around on top of the crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees fir 12-15 minutes or until heated thru….Serve with crackers.
