Love fresh coleslaw with barbeque! The nice and creamy coleslaw sets off the spicy pork! And let’s face it – it’s a ‘southern thang”!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs white sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp celery seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pounds shredded cabbage, with shredded carrots mixed in
Instructions
- Mix mayo, sugar, lemon juice, vinegars, honey, celery seeds, salt and pepper in large bowl until creamy.
- Pour cabbage in large bowl.
- Add dressing, mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving, this allows the flavors to develop.
