There’s nothing like creamy crab baked into fabulous baby bella mushrooms!!!!!! So delicious! These could be a main course served alone or with rice, or as an appetizer…
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crabmeat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup snipped green onions
- 1 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 2 Tbs parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp fresh horseradish (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8-10 baby bellas or 2-3 large portobello caps, washed and cleaned, stems removed
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- non stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, goat cheese, green onions, parsley, parmesan cheese, horseradish (if using), garlic powder, black pepper and and salt
- Stuff the mushrooms, top with the bread crumbs
- Spray with cooking spray so the tops will brown
- Bake approximately 25 minutes or until browned and the filling is hot and melted
