Strawberry Buttercream Frosting Recipe

This recipe is AWESOME!


1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 – 16oz packages of powdered sugar, sifted

1 cup finely chopped strawberries  –  do not put in food processor – makes too much juice!


Beat butter for 1 minute in stand mixer, or until fluffy.

Add powdered sugar and chopped strawberries, beating at low speed until creamy.

If frosting is too runny, add more powdered sugar, if too thick, add more strawberries.
Frost the strawberry cake – and as always – enjoy!
