Roasted garlic..

I love roasted garlic. The house smells fabulous and it’s good in everything!

I roasted some the other day and squeezed it into the ingredients for bread.. Oh it was soooo good..

🙂

Preheat oven to 400

Take a few heads of garlic (yes HEADS) not just cloves..

Cut the tops off and place in aluminum foil. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.

Seal up tightly and place in the preheated oven for about an hour.

Remove from the oven, open the foil to let cool.

Then after it’s cool (BE CAREFUL!) squeeze out the garlic into whatever you are making.. I like this in potatoes, whether they are mashed or twice stuffed or even just fries.. I also love it in bread and also stirred into butter as a topping for a great steak..

Enjoy!
