I use a variation of this for my cinnamon rolls, for the pound cake glaze, and as a glaze for other cakes.
This specific amount is fine tuned to be the exact amount you will need for the Pound Cake recipe 🙂
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 Tbs milk (may need more to get it to a glaze consistency)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl, and mix until it has the runny consistency of a glaze.. Drizzle over all the small individual pound cakes. I lined a pan with wax paper, and left the cakes on the cooling rack when I glazed them.
